Meals for the Maker (“we,” “us”) provides a family meal planning web app. Contact: privacy@mealsforthemaker.com.

Account info from your sign-in provider (Google, Apple, or email magic link): name, email, and profile identifiers. Household data you enter: preferences, allergies, pantry, meal plans, grocery lists, favorites, and custom recipes. Payment status from Stripe when you subscribe to Plus. Usage needed to run the service: device/browser type and basic logs for security and debugging.

To authenticate you, share one kitchen workspace with invited household members, generate meal plans and grocery lists, store your recipes, process Plus subscriptions, send invite and account emails you request, and improve reliability and support.

Service providers that help us operate the app: Supabase (auth and database), Stripe (payments), Render (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Spoonacular (licensed catalog recipe data). We do not sell your personal information.

If you submit a recipe to the community pool, the recipe text, photo, and attribution you provide may be visible to other signed-in users after admin review. Do not submit content you do not have rights to share.

We keep account data while your account is active. You may delete your account from More → Delete account, which removes your user record and associated data subject to backups and legal retention limits.

The service is intended for adults managing household meals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy. The effective date below will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
